Vinification: Stainless Steel Tanks 28-30 Degrees Celsius for 15-20 days, 20 - 30 day maceration with Malolactic Fermentation allowed to complete.
Aging: Aging: 36 months total, 14 of which are spent in new 225L French oak barriques.
