Since the late 1800’s the Deltetto family has been growing grapes in Piedmont and have a strong local connection to the Roero region and the comune of Canale. Since 1953 they have been producing wine in the region and are one of the few ‘historic producers’ who are permitted to make Barolo outside of the geographic DOCG boundries.

Production Area: The Cortese grapes used to produce this Gavi are very careful selected in their vineyards, located around the small town of Gavi, where the Deltetto family has been making wine since the 1970's.

Aroma: This Cortese-based dry white is crisp and refreshing with aromas of white flowers, green apples and wet stone.
Taste: Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with clean lime and almond finish.
Cellaring Potential: Enjoy 1-3 years from vintage.
Food Matching: Perfect as aperitif, as well as fish starters, shellfish and octopus Serve at 9 °C
Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks at 16 °C
