On the nose, little red berries (raspberries and cherry liquor) but also blackberries enhanced by liquorice and underwood notes. While ageing, the wine evolves into strawberry jam, gingerbread but also animal and leather notes.
Taste
This supple and rather light Pinot Noir from Côte de Beaune is moderately tannic but rich in character. Well structured, its tannins are present nevertheless elegant. Well rounded despite a full body with a nice and fruity lingering finish.
