Food Matching
Red Burgundies have an elegant and fine character with a light and flow structure in the mouth. To pair with food, it is better to associate delicate meals with discreet aromas such as vegetables, salads, meat pies, poultry or traditional family meat base dishes. Its delicacy makes it a peculiar partner for fish dishes. The natural elegance of the Pinot Noir can also be a perfect match with roasted veal, taboulé or cooked cheeses such as gouda.
