Vertical trellis training allows the wine maker control over the ripening of the grapes. Guyot pruning allows control over the production.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested during the last 20 days of September. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

Aging

The aging is done in steel tanks then in the bottle for at least 3 months before it's release.
