Description

Our first Blanc de Blanc is produced from 100% Chardonnay from our Bella Terra vineyard which is now 32 years old. This wine spent time on the lees to develop a deep texture and complexity.

Subtle nose of toasted brioche and white flowers, this dry traditional method sparkling wine is delicate and elegant.

Supported by layers of white stone fruit and green apple on the palate, the balanced acidity and soft froth of bubbles leave your taste buds wanting more.
