Non aggressive destemming and pressing, temperature controlled fermentation 28 degrees in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation performed in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 6 months in ‘conical wine cement eggs’ holding about 300 litres, followed by 6 months in bottle.

It is fresh and expressive on the palate, with fruity flavors of red and black berries. Well- balanced and structured with smooth, sweet tannins rounding out the finish by creating a soft mouth-feel.
