Wild and red berries with balsamic and spicy hints.

Taste smooth, rich and intense. Structured body and nice well rounded tannic profile.

Grande aperitivo, grilled meat and classic pasta dishes.

Non aggressive destemming, fermentation in temperature controlled (28°) in steel vats inox for 15-20 days.

Cement vats for Sangiovese. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are aged in french medium toasted barriques, partly second passage, for 12 month.
