La Manufacture is the negoce company of Benjamin Laroche, nephew of Michel Laroche, and THE legendary Chablis royal family. Benjamin sources his wines from the La Chablisienne cooperative, easily considered to be one of the top cooperatives in the world. This is a charming and friendly Petit Chablis, from the appellation's portlandian limestones.
