The immediate aroma is sweet, with upfront fruit dark berries, craisins, raisins, black cherry and red licorice.

It is very round with aromas and flavours of chocolate and anise. Soft sweet tannins add to its lushness.

3-5 yrs.

An excellent wine for drinking with the roasted or BBQ’d meats, salami and prosciutto and medium aged cheeses.

Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 16-18 Degrees Celsius.

In stainless steel tanks for 12 months and 6 months in bottle.
