Description

Serrandernari is Barolo’s highest point and has recently been classified as an official sub-zone of the DOCG. Guilia Negri began crafting ‘Garage Wine’ in her early 20’s and quickly rose to prominence and was nicknamed ‘Barolo-Girl’ for her efforts. More recently her family entrusted her with the entire winery and vineyards at Serradenari, where she is now making classically styled Barolo that are tightly knit and very expressive. This wine received a 93 Point score from Robert Parker and Wine Enthusiast. The 2013 will benefit from a few years in the cellar and will continue to develop over the next decade.
