Vinification

Grapes are hand-harvested and de-stemmed and macerated for 12 hours before pressing. The result is a rosé with a bit more body and tannic stucture to it. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16/18°C

Aging

4 months in stainless steel.
