Description

 Grenache is a bleeding rosé which has undergone a slight pre-fermentation maceration at 12 ° C. Syrah comes from direct pressing. The rest of the vinification follows the same process as the white.

Food Matching

Pair it with a cheese (ewe for example), summer vegetables, or even shellfish. For example: eggplant and feta cake, crab lasagna, tomato pie, mascarpone and basil.

Vinification

Grenache undergoes a light maceration on the skins at 12°C, after which rosé colour juice is drawn from the vat (“saignée” method). Syrah grapes are pressed to extract rosé juice. Thereafter the winemaking process is as for the white wine.
