Pourriture Noble is a sweet wine, originating from grapes that due to natural microclimatic combinations have been affected by the noble rot (Pourriture Noble is the French name). A very precise harvesting is performed in different stages. The immediate pressing and a long fermentation, allows us to produce this rarity: a precious wine which is extremely tasteful and results from a strictly natural phenomenon.
