It has been managed since 1971 by the Audoy family, also owner of Château Cos Labory, with the same care and aim for excellence.

Harvest method: by and and by machine Sorting: in the vineyard on mobile tables Yields: 42 to 50 hl per hectare Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in concrete thermo-regulated tanks of 80HL to 220HL, with devatting if needed. Total maceration of 25 to 28 days.


Ageing in French oak barrels (30 to 35 % new) during 16 months, racking every 3 months Fining with egg whites. Bottling at the château.
