Food Matching

Pasta/rice dishes and rich meat and vegetable dishes from the Sardinian and Mediterranean food traditions, medium and mature cheeses. Serving - Medium-sized goblet, temperature 16-18°C.

Vinification

Harvested by hand, in the early morning hours. Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature of 25-28°C for about 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete vats.

Aging

Evolution in small oak barrels for 12 months, subsequently refined in the bottle.
