This Pinot Noir is one of our newest wines from the Woolshed range. Definitely a more modern style of Pinot, however, one point to mention is that 40% of the grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Coonawarra region of Australia. Coonawarra is known for having the coolest climate in all of Southern Australia and this 'cooler' climate helps preserve some of the freshness and acidity that go along with some of the higher quality Pinot Noirs produced in the world.
