Designing Wine Menus
There are several things to consider when designing a wine menu, that if followed correctly, can lead to great success with a wine program. They are not all necessary, as you will see, but there are several that are critical to keep in mind. They may seem very simple and common sense but many a restaurateur and Sommelier have died on the hill of huge ego, insisting that they sell the wines they think are best, forgetting that depending on where they've set up shop, it will be their customer who decides in the end.
